Harrisons Direct receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 3 years running!
We’ve won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for 2022! Having won in 2020 and 2021, we’re proud to have made it a hat trick this year.
What is the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award?
Since 2014, Feefo has recognised the businesses that deliver exceptional experiences, using feedback from real customers. The Trusted Service Awards are unique as they are based purely on feedback from real customers. This means they are a true reflection of a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Feefo gives Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 throughout the year.
This award means even more following another difficult year, with coronavirus and all the restrictions that come with it presenting unique challenges for our industry. Our wonderful staff never fail to deliver an excellent service with a smile, it’s thanks to them that we’ve held this award 3 years running!
